Coaching Options

One - One Coaching

It is all about you! You decide what you need and want to work on and that's what we will do. Keep in mind, just like joining the gym it takes time to get where you want to go. To get the most out of your coaching you will want to plan for a 3- 6 month commitment minimum.

Coaching on Demand

A laser like approach, that is perfect when you are just trying to get a handle on a decision or just need to work with a little guidance from time to time. You purchase a "time" card that can be used in increments as small as 15 minutes. A great check-in or fine tuning if your coaching has got you where you want to be.

Coaching Groups

My Compass Coaching Groups are available through the Advanced and Master Membership levels of the Compass Coaching Network.
